Mercy Kids is committed and invested in the next generation of God’s church. Our Mercy Kids team selflessly pours our time and talents into every Sunday Gathering so kids understand who God is and how to have a passionate relationship with Jesus.

Mercy Kids is ages birth through 5th grade. We pursue excellence in presenting the Gospel in a fun, age-appropriate way where they learn Jesus through engaging in worship and hands-on activities. We use Grow Kids curriculum that takes Pre-K to 5th grade through the entire Bible in a span of three years.

Safety is our number one priority and we place a high emphasis on providing a safe environment. All Mercy Kids volunteers and staff are background checked and children receive name tags with parent claim numbers for check-in and check-out. On your first visit, look for the Mercy Kids Check-In area to the back left as you enter into the main lobby. You will be welcomed by our Mercy Kids team eager to meet your family. We’ll be there every step of the way to get your kids checked in.

Use the button below to complete a New Family registration to make check-in faster on Sunday. You can also print this form and bring it with you to check-in.

Child Dedication

Mercy Road Church Northwest comes around parents and their children by celebrating and thanking God for life’s greatest gift and blessing. Child dedication is an opportunity for parents to come before the Lord and church family to dedicate their children back to God, receive prayer and commit to raising their child according to God’s Word and God’s ways, until their child can make a decision to follow God on their own. We believe, child dedication to our Lord God, is an act of worship, thanksgiving, dependence, trust and commitment and a primary celebration of a child’s birth into our community of faith in Jesus Christ.

Child BAPTISM

Mercy Kids invites children who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior to take the next step in their faith through baptism. Baptism is one of the first acts of obedience in following Jesus (Matthew 28:19) and serves as an outward expression of faith. We believe this is a decision children can make when they understand what baptism means, can share their beliefs, and are ready to witness to others. If your child is ready, they can join our quarterly baptism class led by Pastor Taylor Lindemann.
